Winter Wonderglam

To carry Twisted Carnival's momentum through the holiday season, my job was to reimagine the same space into an elevated, immersive winter experience that excited existing guests, attracted new ones and stood apart in an increasingly crowded field of holiday bar activations. Because this was a rapid transition period, deciding how to re-envision foundational infrastructure and fabrication elements from the previous event to maximize efficiency was key. I led the installation team and end-to-end execution across operational planning, environmental design, fabrication, merchandise, marketing collateral and vendor management, ensuring a seamless transformation during one of the venue's busiest operational periods.

In a single season, the activation generated 24M+ media impressions, drove a 25% sales increase and attracted high-profile programming like Mushroom Cowboy's Morning Spin, raising the bar from previous years.
