Holiday Tree

Sign Bar's identity is rooted in local nostalgia and Austin culture, so when the opportunity came to create a landmark holiday installation, the concept was clear: give the community something familiar, reimagined in an entirely new way.

I conceived and managed the full build of a 60-foot replica of the Zilker Holiday Tree, one of Austin's most recognizable and beloved traditions. Bringing it to life required assembling and a team of highly skilled vendors led by Avec Mode and including Flatfork, DanConstruction and Vital Signs.

The installation became a seasonal centerpiece that deepened Sign Bar's standing as a distinctly Austin destination, driving strong community engagement and giving locals a reason to gather, share and return to spin under the tree throughout the holiday season.
